Your purchase may be eligible for upgrades, if it has not yet been printed and/or shipped. If you are upgrading an order that was purchased previous to today, please text or call ahead to confirm eligibility.
Be sure to provide your name, the upgrade you are interested in, and order number when inquiring!
In some cases, certain upgrades or add-ons may extend the production time necessary to complete your artwork. If this is the case, we will give you our best estimate how your timeline may be affected and how it may or may not affect your transit time. These estimates are expressed to the best of our ability. The corresponding costs for upgrades and add-ons are in addition to the original purchase and are non-refundable, in the event the carrier fails to make a timely delivery. If your artwork is damaged in transit in any way, it will still qualify for prompt replacement. Replacement artwork will be shipped expeditiously, regardless of prior shipping service, unless previously arranged otherwise.
