If you would like to make the upgrade, please just let me know and I will be happy to create a custom link for you.PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This proofing process is created so that you may review your custom text, spelling and date(s) for any inconsistencies with the original information that you provided with your purchase.WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PROOF IS PERFECT:This is good news! If your proof is exactly as it should be in comparison to the information that you provided, please just reply back to this message with your approval to print as-is. Your custom art will then be printed and shipped out to you just as quickly as possible.WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS AN ERROR WITH YOUR PROOF: If a mistake has been made within your art proof, simply reply back with a clear description of what needs to be adjusted and a revised proof will be sent back to you just as quickly as possible. Revisions are made for spelling or date errors only. Unless previous arrangements were made, design, font and layout changes are not provided for and are not complementary adjustments with your order. Your revised proof may take up to 1 business day to be sent back out to you.Please note that background, font, color, image and design changes are not complementary customizations that are offered with a standard design purchase. These are additional customizations that are available for an additional fee, that also take additional time to create (Please see below).Should you need to change the content of the text that you originally submitted, one additional complementary proof will be provided to do so, in which case you will again need to check for spelling or date errors before replying with your approval to print. Please note that this additional complementary proof may take up to 2 business days to be provided, or 1 business day if expedited services were purchased. If you are on a time constraint, you may wish to forego this option.IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL REVISIONS:Unfortunately, complementary proofing for side-by-side comparison is not an available service. If you would like to request a different background for your design, or have additional text revisions made (or revert back to a previously designed proof), you may purchase the ability to add 2 additional proofs to your order for a charge of $12. Simply reply back to this email that you would like to purchase additional revisions and a link will be sent out to you. These revisions do not include design changes, font changes or color changes (unless your design specifies color options). If these types of changes are desired, please contact us to request a quote.IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR DESIGN ENTIRELY:If you would like to change out your design completely for another design, there is an additional charge to do so. In most cases this is a $12 charge, unless there is something non-standard about the revisions being made.
